What is Psychological Health

Psychological health is the ability to think, feel, and behave in ways that support personal well-being, resilience, healthy relationships and meaningful participation in daily life, work, and community.

It exists on a continuum and is influenced by personal, social, cultural, environmental and structural factors that contribute to overall quality of life.

What is Psychological Safety

Psychological safety is a workplace condition in which employees feel safe to speak up, contribute openly, learn from mistakes, and express concerns without fear of negative repercussions, while also being protected from avoidable psychological harm or injury.

What is Psychological Health & Safety

A psychologically healthy and safe workplace is one that promotes employees’ psychological well-being and takes proactive steps to prevent psychological harm.
